The outcome of the
learning process is, at a minimum, an agreed solution to the
immediate problem, as well as a deeper insight into the way
the organisation solves similar problems. Other outcomes usually
include a deeper sense of teamwork, a sharper and shared sense
of the goals of the organisation, and a greater sensitivity
to its operating environment.
our involvement extends over twelve to eighteen months, over
which period three or four key strategic issues have typically
