What happens

The outcome of the learning process is, at a minimum, an agreed solution to the immediate problem, as well as a deeper insight into the way the organisation solves similar problems. Other outcomes usually include a deeper sense of teamwork, a sharper and shared sense of the goals of the organisation, and a greater sensitivity to its operating environment.

Typically, our involvement extends over twelve to eighteen months, over which period three or four key strategic issues have typically been addressed. Most of our clients have experienced significant changes in their way of operating over this time.
