Recurrent
Themes
While our programmes
are tailored to client needs, there appear to be recurrent
themes that arise in many situations. Typically, these themes
are posed as questions in the context of the problem being
solved. Profound changes can take place as participants attempt
to understand their attitudes towards the issues, bearing
in mind all the time that they are not academic questions
but real-life concerns that will determine the nature of the
organisation’s response. A few of such themes are outlined
here. We add new ones from time to time as they arise.
